If a player loses a disc and someone knows where it is, help them find it. It's only common courtesy. Dgpt courses have blind holes. If a player goes OB, they may have no way of knowing where their disc is. Nobody wants to lose discs. If you know where it is, tell them or show them. If nobody can find it within a reasonable amount of time, follow normal lost disc rules

Spectators should be allowed to help look for lost discs. Losing discs is not an intended consequence.

no, professional play should be the same as playing by yourself or with a group, just with more rules, less ambiguity, and volunteers. I'm fine with volunteers but spectators are exactly what the name implies. if you or your card mates can't find a disc at league or something. you hope you remembered to write your name and number and pray someone texts you or hides it for you to come back. it's part of what makes disc golf disc golf. the community

Spectators should NOT touch a disc in play at a tournament, period. Just have a time limit (short) for the player to find their disc, and if they don't, it goes down as an OB throw and you move on. And how the hell are we having PRO tournaments and players don't have stats?!? What a junkshow.

But… uhm… can I lick my finger and put it on a disc and say „dssssshhhh, that’s HOT!!!“ without moving it what so ever?
