Regardless the job we all know there's a "different treatment" than the clears 🤷🏾♀ Naturally she would be the first to be the "example". -===> because we "let" it!, and unfortunately it's a widespread -nce that doesn't help us "see" that the folks engaging in this "action/behaviour" of propagating "injustice" based on hues before our eyes and against us who are "the disadvantaged" are ----ist including the ones who benefit from it and these "actions" are included in -ism. Just a food of thought again using this forum for "those" who understand. If you sit back for a moment and think .... why is it that some folks can see the clear injustice and some "cannot"?? even with STRONG hardcore evidences? Presented to them directly! Some even play dumb that you "almost" think "they are" or you think they are just "too shallow" to "understand".... but NO!!! dont be fooled. Its all either an act (in some cases) or subconscious i.e learned behaviour (in most cases).... At the very least you would expect some degree of "empathy" from them when its pointed out. But as you can see for yourself the complete lack of it and disregard for what the folks on the other end are going through. So the question becomes why does that NOT make you -ist??
