Indonesian (bahasa Indonesia) is a standardized register of Malay and the official language of Indonesia. Indonesia is a multi-lingual country and most Indonesians speak another language, however, the Indonesian language has been used as a lingua franca in the archipelago for centuries. Indonesian is also recognized as minority language in East Timor.
Tamil (தமிழ்) is a Dravidian language and is one of the longest-surviving classical languages in the world. It is predominantly spoken by the Tamil people of India and Sri Lanka, as well as a large community of Tamil speakers outside that region. In addition to Sri Lanka, Tamil also has official language status in Singapore, the Indian state of Tamil Nadu and the Indian Union Territory of Puducherry. Tamil is one of the 22 scheduled languages of India.

It depends actually Tamils in the hill side of Sri Lanka like Nuwara eliya talk Tamil very much like Tamils in India in contrast to this Northern part of Sri Lanka in Jaffna the people talk in a more polished Tamil like the ancient Tamil compared to Indian Tamil. The culture and tradition wise all the tamilians both in India and Sri Lanka follow the same and the Sinhalese tradition is very much common to Hindus because Lord Buddha is a hindu by birth and they pray Hindu gods too. I hope this will be very helpful if you need anything more just leave a comment

The music and movies are a part of life it doesn't interfere much with the traditions in both Sri Lanka and India but few of them are too involved with movies and entertainments than religion.I don't want to talk much about tigers but I can say one thing the main perspective of tigers was to get equal rights for all humans no matter what religion or language they speak eventhough Tamil is the second language in Sri Lanka we are still being treated as a outsider and are judged based on our language and religion not by the education or personality even in the workspace and in my university but I know many of Sinhalese are kind hearted and treat us like their family only few have this bad mentality.

Interaction between Tamil speakers and Malay/Indonesian speakers has been established from ancient time. Tamil influence has been around such as Palava usage as ancient script in Indonesia (Palava dynasty was existed on 275 CE-897 CE) and Chola invasion of Srivijaya in 1025. It mainly entered the lexicon of Malay (and by extension, Indonesian) with the immigration of South Indian traders who settled around the Strait of Malacca.

To be honest as in my perspective you guys are the only channel that has perfectly conducted this topic, y'all didn't forget someone also related since I came across this subject of similarities between Tamil and Korean, every single video was different from one thing that else everyone forgot, which is the neighboring country named Sri Lanka also owes Tamil, We Tamilians live here in Sri Lanka. For some reason, most of the Indians forgets that point😔, But I appreciate you guys that y'all didn't be the same, I was first impressed as I saw the thumbnail of the video which had both the flags under TAMIL, also in the Description, I appreciate that again, VALGA TAMIL🔥
