Whatever they say,she is polished and graceful actress ever bollywood had. She hosted a show in 80s on TV way ahead of time. I saw few episodes,they were awesome. But people were not ready for that.

One of my favorite actors. Her movie Saathi was my all time favorites. But mostly I enjoyed all her movies.

Very sophisticated actress. That is how I will describe her. But not cut out for the traditional hindi film heroine role. In modern looks zeenat Aman and Parveen babi were more attractive.

Her Sathi movie is very good, also she played negative shade in karz

This is my personal experience, I cannot speak on behalf of others. I had once jokingly commented that although Simi was quizzing Rani Mukherjee on her show, little did she know, one day Rani would enter her household as her daughter. This did not go well with her team, for reasons they knew better, but I instantly started getting altercating replies from her rendezvous. Me not being from film fraternity, I had no clue about her equations with her guests, obviously my comments were not nasty. But the way her team responded was so not necessary
