Alot of great upgrades done & underway.🤩 I just hope that Sanjeev Gupta will put a few extra billion's into the planned $100 million Hotel that is going up by the foreshore. With the Queen's Wharf Resort going up in Brisbane that will cost $3.5 billion & The Jewel Resort going up on the Gold Coast costing roughly $1.5 billion - I just want the budget to be competitive with the best that Australia offer's at least, instead of the world. If they can be competitive with the best in the world, than that will be even better.🤩 I wonder if they are going to make the planned Lagoon for it - that is set to be the largest Blue water Lagoon in Australia - just if they will make it meet the ocean to allow the Dolphins to come up to the resort.🤩 Or perhaps a separate Lagoon for that.😍 Very industrious folk & project's. Just hope the best for them as they aim to be even higher. Sanjeev Gupta has one of his Global Hub's at Dubai - I wonder if he's trying to turn Whyalla into Australia's Dubai?
