I am a language teacher for adults and teach in Switzerland. Many people adapt a Swiss German sound or colloquial words when here while learning German. I guess Silvestras was surrounded by UK people at uni and the accent rubbed off.

@@simona_merkinin spent 8 years in uk and 6 years in Germany - still don’t have an accent. Weird no ? Pretending to sound British is something that everyone notices. Don’t know why eastern Europeans try to run away from their identity pretending to be “cool “
