@@silversunpickups anytime I almost stayed home cause I need ankle surgery soon and walk with a cane but like Brian said “last time we were here was in the before times” so I didn’t know when my next chance will be was a little sore today but I got no regrets:)

SSPU is probably one of my favorite bands of all time, and I grew up with the rockers of the 60's, 70's and 80's. Physical Thrills didn't thrill me at first, but I find myself waking up with its songs in my head. Definitely loving it. Lots of times I will put SSPU on shuffle play in my wood shop and listen to them for hours. On the bench right now - new guitar designs! Thanks, y'all, for rocking my shop!

BIG same bud.. I miss the grungy pickups. But these later albums def grow on me. They usually stay true to a certain sound and style. This song is no miss.

This bass would give someone a hernia if they actually picked up the instrument that played it, brilliant shit.

I'm starting to wonder if all these videos, and sometimes the songs, has a sort of meaning, or if it's just completely abstract and up to interpretation. This album has been relatively different from the others in that sense, (counting only the albums from Swoon up to this point, I have yet to listen to the other studio albums) all of those albums still have the sort of metaphorical and cryptic side to the lyrics, but you still have a good sense of what the meaning of the song is, and can make a pretty solid picture. But this album, there's a lot more of a haze, a lot more unknowns I feel like, which I think is a good thing.

Any chance of some official karaoke tracks? Love a little more variety beyond singing Panic Switch and The Pit "in the style of SSPU" every week

I love this song. It's one of the best I can remember from the album. However, I have one tiny-but-nagging quibble: The version you originally uploaded to the Physical Thrills playlist is broken. There's two spots where the music just cuts out, and it's clearly not planned because it doesn't cut out in this version. You really need to go ahead and swap out the old version for this video version. I hate to be pedantic, but it throws the entire flow of the album off and makes it so I can't listen to that playlist because I know eventually it's gonna have that harsh interruption. You're one of my favorite-of-the-favorite bands, so just...Please, fix it. Thanks!

I would like to say I like this song, but I feel like that main guitar riff has dominated the song to a point where it makes listening a bit... unpleasant. There's no relief for the listener, IMO.
