Thought mine didn’t work at first, only had the pumping noises but no steam. After a second attempt it worked but still has the pumping noise. I came to this video to see if it’s the same here 😂

Remeber to use distilled water! Never use any kind of fragnance inside, only distilled water.

It didn't get the creases out of the jeans though

If you mean turning the garment steamer horizontally then NO. If you mean steaming horizontally while the device is straight then YES
