Maria meant a lot to shadow she was like a sister to him I feel so bad for him shadows not a bad guy he’s just been through a lot because he lost someone he truly cared and loved about 😔😢

Shadow’s family may have died a long time ago, but I don’t think he notices the family he has right in front of him.

This is the first time I’ve seen Shadow smile and hear him say “Merry Christmas”. That part touched me right there…… Well done Silver…….

WHY IS SONICS VOICE LIKE SO ACCURATE TO HIS SENSE OF HUMOUR

Shadow didnt deserve to have such a horrible fate thrust upon him

oh boy, 0:30 am... 4:30 well, that escalated quickly - first Shadow didn't want to do anything with this, but then he found a toy/punching gun? and immediately started having fun anyways lol, then he went to eat, probably to distract himself from what Silver did accidentally, then he decided to get over his anger completely by beating "whack a mole", nice. 15:30 Shadow doesn't wanna admit it, but he's clearly having fun, a little bit for sure 22:00 well, clearly going to see the lights didn't go anywhere, but let's not lose hope in Shadow yet... 25:00 asking Eggman for help is the last thing I would do, but maybe Christmas is the only time he isn't evil... 28:35 wait, so instead of going home, Shadow went on the ARK himself? okay... 30:34 okay, this... this was a beautiful ending. Never thought I would see Shadow smile on the end of this.

Shadow was NOT easy to please but in the end they were able to make him happy.He got the greatest gift he'll ever receive I feel like he'll NEVER forget this

I actually cried when shadow received the book

I bet shadow isn't going to have fun with Sonic and Silver but come on Shadow they're your brothers and Merry 🎄 to you Silver the hedgehog

This Christmas Special was so Heartwarming and that’s the first time Shadow said Merry Christmas and was happy

Every time Shadow's backstory gets too emotional and yet, I balled out in tears. This was the most heart felt and emotional Christmas special ever that really touches deep down. Poor Shadow.. he really needs someone to comfort him like honestly Shadow isn't really that bad. He really has gone through a lot, misses his family, especially Maria. 22:03 I froze. Knowing the grief he has to put up with every year must be hard. I wrote a small novella called ‘A Sonic Christmas Carol’ which isn’t just a Christmas Carol with Sonic characters, it’s its own story explaining Shadow’s struggles that he has to put up with every year. 30:35 I began to cry. I’m making a book about what really happened during their time on the Ark, and I realize how much she ment to him. (Also recently watched the amazing short film!) Watching this was so heartwarming, and I’m really happy Shadow’s able to trust them enough to show his soft side. (I’ll make sure to include ‘Story of the Stars’ in my book! ~Starchasers
