If you have a warm skin tone (green veins , yellow wundewarmrtones , brown hazel eyes) go with gold. If you have a cool skin tone(blue veins , cool undertones green blue eyes ,go with silver. It will better with your feautures

I got a silver so hopefully I like it.

Going for the silver too, it stands out so much and looks so luxurious. It also fits with my silver watch and goes with any case colour. The gold is nice too, but a bit feminine for me personally. Not really into the dark colours, you don‘t want such a beautiful phone to be so understated.

I'm ordering the Silver 12 Pro tonight! Unlike the other darker colors such as Graphite or blue, the silver looks beautiful from all angles in the light. I'm upgrading from the space grey iPhone 11 Pro, and while I used that phone, I noticed the shades of the color would change a lot depending on the angle of the light. If you're debating between Graphite or Silver, go for Silver 100%

Great video! The stainless band on the silver model looks the best imo as it doesn’t have any added color that makes it look like plated metal or plastic. Really sharp !

silver = retro iphone 4/5s classic look the others have colored sides and they look to chip based on some photos i've seen thus far.

I was torn between blue & graphite but ended up going with the white to switch it up , the white iPhone 12 pro reminds me of the iPhone 4 I had with the white back back in the day.

No regret on silver , it’s a timeless design Color and will not grow old on you ...looking at the white with clear glass near the lens area simply make it more outstanding than the rest of the color

guys just to make the silver version more better than the rest i can assure you that the frame can be buffed out with polishing cream which is used on cars even so if you get lots of minor scratches they will disappear and phone will be like new. i have refurbished around 9 phones and all have like new frames

From your description, it must be PVD coated this year - before it was only the "colored" version that had that. They feel dry and nasty when new, but after a months use it will feel almost like normal polished stainless steel. I guess the surface has micro roughness that need to be polished away with use. The finger print magnet "effect" also gets drastically reduced when they are "worn in". It will be more scratch resistant for smaller scratches, but can get chips at hard impacts.
