The diamond select is much better, and suggestion, his shoulders move. Twist them, they won't break and paint the silver and add shading to the red. A black brush marker and paper towel to wipe excess.

Also, after you're done painting and adding shading go over it with some either a clear coat if you want to shine or matte spray if you don't want the shine and you want to add a coating to cover and prevent the paint and shading that you've just done I own this figure I have done it.

I just saw another review of this figure and the arms do move 360. Did you try warming the figure?

Was going to buy this, the legs limitations movement back me out of it, anyway nice review and it was very funny too I enjoyed it.

Honestly I've never been a fan of marvel legends, marvel select has always been good in my opinion. Great comparison!

You're absolutely right - the Marvel Select version has horrible articulation. So frustrating! Why didn't they do this right THE FIRST TIME??! There's no excuse for this.

I I agree that it's a tie! I do love the colours on the Diamond Select figure! Cracking looking figure!!!

I’ve never Bought a DS figure and even though Silver Centurion Iron man is my favorite Armor of all time I don’t think I’ll start now, something about them always kept me away, I thankfully found the ML for retail on Amazon (surprise) so I’m satisfied with him and I don’t mind the neck joint or lack of a Stark head. While this one LOOKS beautiful, he’s out of scale and you’ve said the QC articulation is strange. So I think I’ll continue to stay away Thank you for the review

Thanks for watching and commenting. If you do end up getting a DS figure, I would recommend a larger character so that way it can scale with your ML collection. I highly recommend Rhino and Juggernaut.

You should have tried to put that Tony mullet head on the Modular Iron Man figure

Horrible misleading review...the back pack does come off and come apart and the shoulders do rotate. This is my first DS fig because i love comic book Iron Man armor and it is a more accurate translation of book to plastic. I hope DS makes their own version of the Stealth armor too because its more than just the classic armor with a different paint job, it has some very interesting flourishes.
