Thanks! I finished shooting the last two videos yesterday so they should all be up by the end of this week.

I love the classic DC Silver and Bronze age. I think they are very under rated.

I totally agree with you I'm a huge sucker for late '60s early '70s DC The Batman covers are always amazing and I really have a soft spot for the annual Justice League Justice society crossovers those are just some of the coolest stories

Yep it's great stuff! I'm hoping that the JSA showing up in the Black Adam movie will inspire younger collectors to take another look at those comics!

You had me with Batman, then you brought out the Deadman books. Great stuff there. I don't make it down to Des Moines very often, but I think I feel a road trip in my future.

I don't have a retail shop other that my booth at the Brass Armadillo Antique Mall which doesn't hage any of the good stuff :0) But I've got two shows in September and one in November all in the Des Moines area so be sure to stop by and say "hi" if you head this direction!

Adore those Silver - Bronze Age Batmans and Detectives 😀 Huge Batfan here 😁 Yeah most old DC books I've noticed have been lower valued then Marvel books. It's probably due the Marvel Movies spiking the prices.

The lack of classic villians was due DC editorial who where afraid it would remind readers of the "campy" Batman TV show.

Thanks me too! I started collecting comics by buying old Batman comics from this era at flea markets for 50 cents each. I once spent $2.00 on a 12 cent batman comic and my dad told me I shouldn't be paying that much for old comics 😃

The reason why alot of these late 60s to early 70s covers for Batman don't appear on the covers. Is because DC feared that some fans (that had distaste towards Adam West Batman) feared it would remind them of the campy tv series

Any1 know where 1 can trade comics?

Comic cons or smaller comic shows would be a good place to start looking for trades. A local comic club might be worth a shot too. There are a lot of groups on facebook, but it's risky if you can't see the comics in person so I would say start local if you can and then branch out from there.
