Footage by Me. A random compilation of buses on the LACMTA Metro Silver Line 910/950 and the Foothill Transit Silver Streak (Line 707).
After I had finished putting together the LA City Sanitation East Valley Open House footage, I found footage of buses I had filmed running on the Metro Silver Line and the Silver Streak, so I put it all together in one video.
Enjoy the Video as it does feature some goodies as well as the transition of Foothill Transit between the 2007 NABI 60 BRT CNG and the 2020 New Flyer XN60 as well as some other footage I caught.
On the LACMTA side, you'll see mostly the 2019 - 2021 New Flyer XN60 running on the Silver Line which at the time was dubbed "Super Silver."
Fast forward to now, the LACMTA Artics hardly end up on the Silver Line, the 9200 - 9494 series NABI 60 BRT CNG are now retired as well as Foothill Transit's 60 BRT and all the 1500 Series NABI 40 LFW CNG.
Also that clip of an LACMTA XN60 on the 550 wasn't the first time I seen an artic on that line.
