Wow seals have the zoomies too... they really are water doggos. Love how the other seals are like "oh not this crap again"
An Orca , a great white shark and boat of 3 seal hunters disliked this video .

My female black lab does the same thing. She's an old one but randomly she just gets this bursts of energy and goes super goofy.and rolls around like that and snorts. Amazing how these guys still retain so many qualities land based bears and dogs/wolves do. Super cute.

Awwww seals are not normal in the slightest.
Not gonna try to spoil the fun but having a lot of energy to burn is one example of this behavior,another way to show this might indicate severe itching feeling around his body. But who knows.

@@tetsuo964 Its not an insult to the seal. Its actually a symptom thats causing the seal acting that way. Its either in insane ammount of pain or itch therefore causing him/her to move like that hoping to get rid of it.
