Honestly, this is a really good study playlist. I was listening to this while studying for my exams and I managed to focus and hone in really well on the material, leading me to proficiently answer my exams and get a good score. The beats are also reminiscent of Mario Kart songs, which are supposed to help you focus!

im currently emotionally unstable, i just cried and doesn't have any appetite to eat while my food is actually in front of me, i tried to find videos to company me eating but nothing find my interest. and this video shows up, in the first 5 seconds i finally took a bite of my food and its actually helping, i no longer feel empty.
