Hello Abid, I have problem when I paint the large area of the silk , even though I paint on wet silk the paint still going down from the edge around the fabric and make a darker line. I use steam fixed paint.

Hi. Stretch the fabric tightly and readjust the frame when you wet the fabric. Sometimes the color starts to pool in the middle of the fabric because of loose fabric.

Silk painting is possible with silk paints or silk dyes that's why we called it silk painting. Acrylic are in paste form and silk paints in liquid so use silk paints on silk for silk painting
