Silk was an awesome group that didn’t get everything they deserve in terms of their talent. They deserve some of the highest accolades afforded a group of their caliber.

My friend Silk was far from a boy band. They played their own instruments and along with Keith Sweat they wrote and produced the music. They were discovered by Keith Sweat so you might look at all the songs he worked with them on. Great reaction.

I ran this song into the ground when I was 22 years old, 1992. I got pregnant with my son 1994🤭. I told my son who is 29 now, and his friends we learned about love and being in love through music. Not all of us seen it at home.
