where did you discover it?

Silhoutte has the right idea here. Separate the software from the design store. You launch the software to cut and you use the store to purchase items if you want that you can use in the software. This way, the software doesn't require internet access. You can import projects straight from your device and not be tied to annoying cloud service.

How can I download the user manual for the Cameo 5? I've looked on the Silhouette site and can't find it. Emailing support hasn't worked--I haven't heard back from them. Is it also possible to register the electrostatic mat?

I thought that was odd that it was barely any instructions booklet. But make sense as people don’t read but watch videos. In this case video lack showing blade install lol But tons of videos to help you out and tons of info to trouble shoot anything.

The Silhoutte Cameo machines are for hardcore users. If you want something easier, get a Crictrash.
