For me, this Song is the Definition of the wunder of Christmas. It was this melodie that was able to join the armies in Flandern in the Year 1914. This Song Unites us Christians, brothers and sisters, all around the World.

Rob this hymn is beautiful and the awsome way that you play it brings out the beauty and meaning intended when it was written. All of this brings back memories of years past at Christmas Time when my parents were around and healthy. Our entire family used to all go to church together on Christmas Eve and when Silent Night was sung I got to sing the descant all the way through. The Lord has used your playing as an awsome blessing to us.
