SILENT MEDITATION | 10-Minute Sitting in NATURE to Nourish Joy and Peace
This is a Short "10-Min Sitting Meditation silent Daily.
As you prepare for your meditation, take a moment to find a comfortable seated position. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in, exhaling slowly. Bring your awareness to the Mountains and the Sun in front of you!
Allow yourself to let go of any tension or stress and settle into this space of peace and tranquility.
You can apply this guided meditation in the morning, in the evening or through the day that you need to sit and breathe in stillness.

I am from sweden and wonder what kind of animal with this high voice is it a bird or some kind of mammal not sure if its the right word for animals give birth to baby animals, like cats, dogs, foxes asf 🤔
