A fair bit heavier than I was hoping. Not what I'd consider an ideal heaviness for a cover of the main theme, HOWEVER... That said, this song IS a good cover. While it doesn't have the feeling I was expecting, it undeniably does convey fear. This cover would still nonetheless suit in some part of the games (which I have not played). At the time of writing, the song is finished and I now feel as though if Silent Hill were to be metalised in anyway, this is how it would be done. So props to you, Oldman Music! Changing my opinions so easily...

Never listened to Anaal Nathrakh so can't tell what you were expecting..

Esta cancion no necesita un Metal cover, la verdad es mucho mas brutal, epica, tetrica y buena que muchas rolas de metal e inclusive que muchas bandas enteras. Ademas, como que no le va el Death metal en mi opinion, no tiene el mismo feeling de la original, ese que te situa en Silent Hill solo de oirla, esto es mas ehhhh!!!! ... "carnitas".

Hubiera quedado mejor una version en black metal, con el tremolo original de la cancion que le da una sensacion creepy y oscura. Igual esto ni suena a death metal, parece metal modernillo ese que llaman metalcore o no se.
