Hello, very useful video instructions, if i install this kit, will i safe factory warranty?

Whats the diferance silber and boon docker also can you run a turbo on pump gas (91) or do you have to run avi fuel and if so why?

Does this clutch kit work for all elevation?

I ride on the east coast, usually no more than 4,000 feet. What would you guys recommend for me? I already bought the silver kit. Just want to make sure I set it up correctly. Thanks!

bit longer then an AXYS but still pretty straightforward.

Is it hard changing full wire harness on the 850s?

Where is that turbo manufactured

@tudizzle do you inject 30cc of oil into BOTH oil lines. in the video looks like you did most of the syringe then maby 1 or 2 cc's into the other line?

Shift891 the one line is completely empty so the majority goes in the new line and just top off the existing lines

Yes, skidoo didn't make it easy. I mean what a pain just to remove hood...let alone the airbox. Pretty straight forward after that.

If I’m smoking a joint on the front in Colorado and the track is still in Utah, am I still legal?

Get a clicker clutch. Mega improvement/more power adjustable.

Any plans on making another Crew feature film? They are by far the best Grass roots films on the web. I always watch them in the car before we go hit the powder!

Still can’t believe brp runs the fuel through the ecu. Sounds like a horrible idea on paper but as long as nothing breaks or cracks it works good to cool the ecu lol.. so kudos to them I guess 😂

Two options: 1st, you can install this turbo kit. 2nd, purchase your standard military hand grenade and throw it at your sled. Both will net the same result.

You'll have more fun with the option #1.

You forgot the parts where you lose half of you socket set and oil clamps under the motor and beat on everything with a rubber mallet to get it to fit

Are you still able to use the SHOT system with the reflashed ECU? I was told by my dealer that there have been difficulties in getting SHOT to work?

Where do the oil lines Hook back up? I have the 3 way adapter hooked up correctly, it goes to the bottom nipple. Does the line that I marked to begin with go back to the same spot and the new oil line from the turbo go to the last open nipple up top?? Help!

why would you take the hood off? Besides the belt a Skidoo engine compartment might as well be a sealed unit haha.

You should never start tightening those torx bolts with a drill very easy to cross thread

well did the install this weekend, after doing multiple other kits on etecs in the past and this has to be one of the more ugly ones to do first time, turbo does not fit the best with trail can, will need heat tape. turbo piping needed clocking, , those oil lines at oil pump sure do not look very secure, ,the larger cold air hose sure don't fit the best on the airbox, and is rubbing on pto injector and steering shaft some.. god for bid having to pull hood off on the hill... hope it runs strong

That would suck if u need to change the plugs that looks like a lot of work just to get to the top of the engine

Just to double-check you guys did say that was an easy install didn't you lol

Relatively easy for someone with basic mechanical skills. If not you might want to have your local dealer install it.

tons of mistakes in this vid 4:36 just one example. wheres the lock washer larry?

Taking half the thing apart and their taking precautions to not have to possibly take the chaincase cover off lol

Why do I keep humming "I cant drive 55" while watching this vid ?

Where’s the blow off valve? Thiers a wastegate... lol where’s the blowoff valve

I can’t imagine anyone would do this now given the readily available, warranteed, and lower cost factory Ski Doo turbo. Unless you’re retrofitting an older sled this wouldn’t make sense.

After a 52 minute long video , I sure expected you to give it a few revs and make some noise , that was very disappointing wow .

I would not let these 2 hack mechanics work on a bouncy ball let alone my brand new sled,,

It’s soo much work to get ecu out and send it in, you mine as well get an aftermarket tuner lol.. Jesus! Tell the hippie at the end in the Sandals to start it and rev it a little and let people actually hear the turbo. Nerd!! Lol

This was 5 years ago, times have changed. Shoot they told us you couldn’t even reflash a snowmobile ECU and get it to work in 2018. Now we plug in our phones to tune kits.

All that plastic ....who said we don’t need oil

I stopped taking this guy seriously when he used metal pliers to take off oil lines
