I could see some of the crew of the Norway singing this in a bar while on shore leave, and as they finish, the shot pans back to a darker corner of the bar where Capt. Mallory is standing. She gives a very faint smile, before turning and leaving without her crew noticing she was there.

I rather imagine the Norway like the Defiant, or the Rocinante. Mallory herself kind of reminds me of Janeway from her description

Reminds me of the episode where the doctor was in a museum and the crew of Voyager was remembered wrongly. Much like signy Mallory, the story's are blown out of proportion by the enemy.

Having now watched the expanse, signy Mallory is literally captain Drummer

We need a version of this for Captain Kathryn Janeway (put a little half-syllable in the middle to keep the meter). It would really fit, particularly with stills from the episode "Night".

If people are right then nowhere, these are fan uploads from old cassettes. On the other hand knowing the politics of the artist they wouldn't mind if you made a copy or even better performed yourself if you have the skill.

I wish copyright laws had a provision so that, if something is completely out of official reproduction and distribution, and thus there is no more revenue from it for the artist, it should be fully legal to copy and distribute. At that point, it isn't piracy anymore, it's salvage.
