That's where etheric cord removal comes in handy.

The exhaustion and sudden bursts of energy is relatable. Rapid mood changes and fluctuating emotions also. And no obvious reason for it.

This explains why my sleep patterns have been all over the place and waking up at odd hours after only 2 or 3 hours of sleep. Also, prior to this, I felt drained constantly. When my heart races her name is in my head I also get weird thing to my finger tips I can’t describe it as it’s never had this happen to me before and in June I felt her emotions physically and emotional from her past I even seen her crying on her bed with her bedroom door shut

Thank you Infinity for enlightening me, I felt all signs I am an empath but didn't know about it. I do wake up in the middle of the night at the sound of a voice. And wherever I go He is there watching over me. It's not comfy for me because I don't know the person. Truly it does feel he got connected to me energetically, when he is drunk I feel drunk too. Experience much of what you discussed. I dream about him at least once a week and also experience buzzing/ringing in my ears for short bursts of time intermittently...not always every day. My twin flame is a vegetarian... guess what I became right after meeting the man... A DAMN VEGETARIAN. This was before he told me he was a vegetarian. And the months leading up to meeting him I was becoming turned off to meat... like I was cutting red meat from my diet... then I only ate fish... then I come to meet him and we started talking here and there... I became a vegetarian. I told him about it and he was like “ oh wow. Yeah, I’m a ya vegetarian as well” Like man.... that was crazy as hell for me cause I LOVED MEAT and never thought I would become a vegetarian.

In shamanic healing we resonate directly with the subject. The healing trance is deliberate obsession. I think this happened to me. I saw this guy but really didn't pay much attention, i only thought he was interesting and almost forgot. Then all of sudden, months later, still seeing him from time to time, i had this overwhelming feelings about him, like literally from day to night. Now I'm fucked up, i can't sleep at night, i can't stop thinking about him, I'm not really eating, I'm anxious and depressed. Does this means he's my twin flame? Literally the same thing happened to me with my neighbor. It's already a year this month. He always stared as I passed by walking my dog and I never thought nothing about it. He has let me throw away my dogs waste in his trash can and said good morning to me a few times which I didn't think anything about. A lot of these things are happening to me. I can't sleep but only 2 or 3 hours at a time. I never have a problem sleeping all night,, here lately every 2 to 3 hours I wake up. I get very tired just boom out of no where, wide awake one minute the next I can barely hold my eyes open. Here in the past couple of weeks my heart has started racing and fluttering. I have never had this issue before. Every time it starts I start thinking something about him. My eating habits have changed I eat the way he eats. Also every time he eats he falls asleep. This is also happening to me. I have never had these issues before. This is becoming so overwhelming to me. Especially the heart racing. We split up 7 months ago with no contact since. I don't even know why as to I was never given any explanation just pure silence. I love you one day and literally the next day completely ghosted. I see 1111 everywhere. I see his name or names of people associated with him. It's driving me crazy. Any suggestions. I try to not think about him at all but seems nothing works. Out of the blue he all of a sudden has started liking some if my posts on FB.

I manifested my guy best friend who I have feelings for, and there’s some interest on his part too even though he doesn’t admit it, and I couldn’t sleep last night and I still can’t. Strange thing happened to me. I work with Haspanic workers and I saw her food. The word Delicious is Spanish came into my head. I never knew that word because I don't speak Spanish. I knew it might be my twin because he haft Mexican. He know more Spanish words than I do. I thought it was cool.

It's what happening to me right now. I wake up during the night. With strange energy. Sometimes sexual. Sometimes anxiety. I have problems sleeping but i dont have them normally.

Oh my, I always feel exhausted, go to bed, can’t fall sleep, then I wake up ever hour, wide awake, up and down all night till 6am, then I’m so tired I can hardly start my day…. He’s always on my mind before I go to bed, sure that doesn’t help me…😅
