Her WANTING to talk with you, hanging around you, finding excuses to be around you, asking you questions about yourself, timing it so she arrives or leaves at the same time as you, playfully punching you or making any kind of physical contact, or her being ok and not flinching or pulling away when you make contact, things like that are pretty good signs that she's into you.

@H T I'd say it's possible she likes you, you should start escalating and flirting and see how she responds. Girls will absolutely dump their current BF when they find someone they like more, especially if they haven't been together long. But pay attention to how she is around others, maybe she's just a flirtatious girl and her apparent interest in you is nothing special. Since she's a coworker, you have to weigh if it's worth potentially losing your job over. If you misread her and start flirting, all she has to do is go to HR and you're out of a job. So I'd pay attention to how she is around others vs you. When she hugs you is it a quick hug or does it linger for a moment longer than a friendly hug? When she's making eye contact is there an excitement or electricity in her eyes or is she just someone who makes a lot of eye contact? You should gather more Intel before moving forward IMO.

I’ve dated so many girls tbh, girls don’t show me any of these signs, as a Man U have to make the first move, what girls will do atleast from my experience is that they just find excuses to be with u, or hang around u as much as they can.
