It depends on the situation, there are many ways to report numbers.
Whr can I find an explanation for ch4 frm this subject???
97684.3 +/- 25 = 97680 doesn't that imply that there's only uncertainty in the one's digit? wouldn't 9768x10^1 be a more accurate notation?🤔 Thank you in advance!
