If we have a binary signed number which is negatif in which form it could be represented وشكرا

+7 and 7 in binary it will use first bit as a singed bit. it does not make difference we use plus singed before number or not. it is gonna treat it as positive number. for example if you use short a = 32768 it will be represented as -32768 becaoz of c wrap around. so please do not make confusion here. by the way over all it is ok

When you decide any bit range system.. The leftmost bit is only allocated for sign purpose. So when you opt for 4 bit representation, you have the leftmost bit for sign only.. And the rest 3 bits for number

Yes. In 8 bit representation, the foremost bit is used for sign bit and the rest 7 are used for number
