I think there are Sifuna's out there. The problem lies with the voters. Even this Sifuna was rejected by his own constituents when he was a candidate for MPs seat. Kenyans don't spend time to assess leadership capabilities of candidates.

We pay our books and or accommodation and food. But get a stipend, everyone. And we pay between 40and 50 % in tax depending on our income. For that tax, yes, we get free healthcare, subsidized dawa. And free education. Paid maternity leave for 1 year, also paternity leave for 1 month.

"...every law is null and void to the extent that it deviates from this Constitution....." so says the constitution. There is no such title as "Prime/Chief Cabinet Secretary" in the constitution. Only Cabinet Secretary is recognized. Hence the unconstitutionality.

It would not be unconstitutional because it would have been created constitutionally through the procedure laid down by the law. Thought I don’t it’s creation and believe even azimio don’t want it created.
