As I know, gravel means particles having a size greater than 2mm, which is equivalent to the first 2 rows of particles in your spreadsheet. Should the proportion of gravel be 21.7% (5.2%+16.5%)? hydrometer analysis is used to further estimate percent clay and silt.. the video of hydrometer is also uploaded on channel
