There are several teams they have have struggled with .. They even lost in state .. But the team from NJ is not on their level.. I think they would struggle with Camden from NJ and Roman Catholic in NJ because of speed and Guard play.. They can only play so many teams but taking nothing away they are very good.

Sierra canyon came to Minnesota and found out where high level BB is being played. Lost by 20 to Minnehaha Academy. Montverde vs Sierra canyon being played this year?

My takeaway's from watching SC this season is; 1. They're not well coached, not enough cutting, screening or handoffs/give-n-gos from players. 2. Their half court sets are not spectacular, they don't have a point guard and it makes everyone pass the ball around till they find an open 3 or just clear out for BJ/Ziaire to generate points. Their game vs Minnehaha showed that, they couldn't break that zone of get shots off against Holmgren in the paint. 3. Their center allows a ton of points in the paint because he's not quick and he's very flat footed. 4. Amari playing the point is kinda strange, he's obviously a 2 guard. A good passer but he doesn't have the IQ & skill set to run an offense just yet. The player development over there is kinda sus, should be interesting next season with Bronny, Amari & Odom at the 1,2,3

They should let Zaire run the point, but the coach only give him like 8 minutes. The starting lineup should be Zwade at point amari at 2, Zwill and bj at the 3 and 4, and Tfrank at the 5. The Chinese center is kinda a liability on the court sometimes

Syrus Ali I said this months ago, Harold comes off the bench. Terren has shown he can guard the 5, he contained Evan Mobley several possessions in that rancho game. As SCs coach, your lineup for playoffs should be Zaire, Amari, BJ, Ziaire & Terren. You get fast play, more possessions & you don’t have to sacrifice your defense all that much. Harold comes off the bench and provides you good contests.

the reason Sierra Canyon plays at such a high pace is for multiple reasons i believe, main ones being bc a higher pace means more shots that’s who everyone is scoring in double figures all the time, also bc they have the best athletes in the country and all can run jump shoot pass etc etc so it’s easy to adjust to a fast pace offense
