Liebe Nadia - die Tropfschalen sind die Fangbehälter für Wasser. In der Bedienungsanleitung deiner Kaffeemaschiene befindet sich hierfür eine Anleitung. Sollte die Anzeige trotz geleerter Tropfschale weiter leuchten, liegt dies möglicherweise an einem defekten Sensor. How can I make my coffee hotter? Because I just bought this coffee machine but isn’t hot at all, please can u tell me what to do?

I've just bought the same machine and very disappointed at the coffee temperature. The actual coffee temperature is fine and comes out at 95 degrees its the milk that seems to be the issue., I find if I lower the percentage of milk you can get a hotter drink. Contemplating returning this and getting The Sage Oracle One Touch instead.

I have the same issue! I thought that is because I use it in USA with a voltage transformer. I even bought a more powerful transformer and the same thing. Cappuccino is lukewarm. :( otherwise I love the machine.
