Really liked the podcast. One criticism would be to interrupt the guest a little less mid sentences. It breaks the flow of the conversation for the listeners. Try to wait for the person to finish and then put forward your view. That also helps to revolve around a particular point for longer periods.

Why criticism and not suggestion or request ? why girls now a days are more rude than humble and society expects guys to be humble and respectful but then girls don't like humble well behaved nice guys but want every guy to be nice which is weird and beyond my comprehension. I am not trying or something just my general observation in todays world. If you are a true realist I request you to please accept your mistake and correct/edit your message above make it a request please they bringing such a thoughtful content for us here for free we can surely be humble and make a request rather than criticising unnecessarily it makes an impact on the viewers the way the view the content. it is not required here at all it will make you look stronger and humble only which you expecting from others that's how you lead by example. if you have a growth mindset you will not feel offended and make the required edit :)

@@swanandpatil9675 I think it comes across as rude to some people because some people do not know the true meaning of the word critic!

My top 5 take aways: 1. PFC - controls logical, rational thinking, Limbic - controls satisfactions, happiness, emotional side. 2. Meditation will train allow you to increase the attention span and reduce unnecessary threat identification 3. Actions lead to thoughts and not the other way round. 4. When you something repeatedly you will develop a knack of identifying patterns (playing chess example) ie nothing but clarity on the subject 5. Humans primitively are wired to look at threat and creating problem, focus on action will lead to feedback and more motivation to execute more. 6. Avoid cheap dopamine. Design a reward system.

Focus on action " gives away the concept of Law of attraction as Thoughts comes first from universal source...... Like i dive into shallow pool so that you dont drown , Later keep beating your legs and hands, and think to improvise it. Really wonderful. If i keep reading books and thinking of swiming for even 20 years without getting into pool , Nothing, This is Karma Yoga

Visualisation is key , we used to hear and visualise , memory retention was more, A single story told stored in different ways for different people, Now we see so many videos, Nothing in memory and also mind is stamped this is available again if you want, so we are given pre cursor no need to remember.
