We've been having a lot of hot weather lately, and that got Dr. B thinking about the old saying, "it's so hot you could fry an egg on the sidewalk!" Two weeks ago, he tested this out, and concluded that since concrete is a relatively poor conductor of heat, it struggles to sustain enough heat to cook an egg.
