Did these businesses call the cops? I want a list of business that did, and didn't. If the police did receive a call, how long did it take them to answer the phone, and then how long to show up.

Response times are poor in most locations because LE agencies can’t maintain staff numbers thanks to the Defund antics. Who wants to be a cop anymore and risk public ire for doing a good job?

License plates should be caught on video, cameras are everywhere. Confiscate cars, demand forfeiture of drivers license and weekends in custody - they'll think twice.
