I believe they throw it up after most of the time after. Though I'm sure most of these people although appearing thin are most likely to struggle health wise in the future.

I like Harry in any combination with a sidemen member but him and Josh are literally so chill to watch together that it is always a joy. There are so go with the flow. And almost always an amazing contrast to other teams (like Ethan and Simon suffering here)
