Finding out what everyone does is so secretive in this sport and coming from powerlifting where everyone knows and has no problem sharing what they do its sort of odd. That's why I love these types of videos. Well done guys.

This side pressure training is from a relatively straight in angle. Shouldn’t it be a mix of both straight and side, like at 45 degrees?

how could i train my arms like this at home if i don't own a pulley or armwrestling bench ? how could i simulate it ?

Seems more like the normal difficulty of speaking a second language to me. It's hard to sound as intelligent and confident as you really are in a second language, which is not to say he's doing a bad job.
