unfortunately I can't even pull hard enough to get the damn thing off. I'd be happy if I could just break it like everyone else is reporting.

When you remove the #2 adapter it breaks the main mount on the blade. Very crappy design especially for a $35 wiper blade.

Yeah I snapped off one side of the mount.

Very crappy design. I just broke the main mount too. I followed the video directly and it broke. Needless to say, this blade has very poor instructions included with the blade itself. A single sheet folded about 25 times, with really poor graphics in a monochrome (black and white) print. The instructions makes removal of #2 look easy. Ha! Not so. I managed the first blade successfully but the second one snapped when I tried to remove the adapter. All I can say is that the video above makes it look easier than it really is to pull the adapter off. We are taking it back to NAPA for another shot. Hope Bosch enjoys eating the $35 dollar failures. At least they could put text with the instructions instead of the stupid pictures. I know they sell these things around the world. Maybe put 6 instruction sheets with them.

This is awful. The entire experience ruins my day. They do not make it easy to figure out which adapter fix your car, the instruction manual is legible and impossible to read, and the videos are also horrible. Do not buy this product.

Horrible design. DO NOT BUY! You're welcome.
