    Siddharth Vihar is very underdeveloped right now, especially the condition of the roads. A theme park was also supposed to come up here. When will it come up? Any update on this

    Size and Price information for most of the projects are incorrect in this video. E.g. 2 BHK size for Gaur Siddhartham ranges between 945 sqft to 1055 sqft. 3BHK has 2 sizes 1185 and 1195 sqft and not 1300 which is shown in the video. Same way price range for Apex Quebec is incorrect. They have a starting price of 1.03 cr and not 57 lacs.

    Hello Hemant, there are size and price variations in each project. Our prices are confirmed by site heads and not individual channel partners. They know which of their inventories has been sold at what price range, so we kept the flow starting from basic to high-end.

    Hey Abhinay, it totally depends on what kind of gentry and amenities you want to surround yourself with, upon delivery of project. If you have an estimate possession time, then see how your lifestyle could change around that time and take a decision for yourself. As an end user, do you like the locality and do you trust the builder? What’s their track record? Get a definite answer for these questions before investing.

    Hey there, In terms of overall road construction and planning, Greater Noida West could be a better choice, because of Authority norms. Siddharth Vihar is looked over by Awas Vikas Parishad, so their planning & implementation could be a little messy. Although, in terms easy connectivity, Siddharth Vihar is a good option. We’ll try to make videos answering these comments for better clarity on various subjects.

    @@the_nestory hey, very thanks for such informative data points. yes the only advantage I see on siddharth vihar is connectivity via expressway and more closeness to to tech hub of sec 62. While in Greno west presently it is far from every tech hub. Only thing I am looking is value as per current price, where I saw apex project being pre launch at 7100 in siddharth vihar

    Figures related to distance are very incorrect. Shaheed sthal is hardly 2 kilometers, not 4 kilometers. Sector 62 is hardly 2-3 km, not 10km as said. Multiple inaccuracies, but video overall is very good. I have booked a flat here.

    let me tell you. : 1. It is surrounded by low class area. 2. No mall. 3. Hindon ke water ki smell. 4. it is risky to travel office daily by nh24 highway. just imagine your child going to school or college by nh24. Yaha paisa nahi banega. Dont buy
