If given an opportunity, I'd be willing to work for him for free... Acquiring learned skills from these kinds of entrepreneurs is priceless.

In French Polynesia, islands are about 15 minutes flight from one to the other. There is only one airplane flight from Pappeettee, Tahiti to Morea then to Bora Bora, etc. It takes only 30 to 45 minutes for the airplane to offload passengers at the same time pick up passengers and then fly again to the next island. This kind of arrangement will encourage international tourists to visit the Philippines because they can fly from one island to the other in 15 minutes compared to waiting and being delayed for hours and hours at the airport, makes one very anxious and frustrated. Those tourists who have more time in their hand and want to save money instead of time can sail in the seas. Example in Northern Luzon, the airplane can fly to Bagabag, Nueva Viscaya, unload tourists/passengers going to the Banawe Rice Terraces and then pick-up passengers going to Isabela and then to Laoag city then back to Manila. The local and national government have to speed up renovation of small airports for big planes to be able to land safely instead of depending mostly on land transportation. Most international tourists have only 2 weeks vacation so they are always in a hurry and that is the major need in the Philippines for tourism to grow fast.

I feel like I would like to work for Tito Sid. He has a great vibe, makes tactical decisions. He outmaneuvered foreign construction consultants in Brunei. They were questioning Filipino punctuality. DMCI took over the job, completed project timely. As an ex architectural worker, projects by people of many colors typically are late worldwide. Tito Sid got it done. Maraming salamat sa Brunei.

He's a billionaire but with zero security....his most endearing character is his humility...no delusions of grandeur...in the 70's when he hauled us to Boracay to inspect the area and no decent resto to eat....he suddenly turned into our Chef whipping up food like a quicksilver since we were all hungry since the resto was too slow and can't keep up with our hungry bellies.
