SICKLED...
Sickled follows the lives of 3 warriors, as they give us an insight into what living with the Sickle Cell disease (SCD) entails.
To celebrate the Sickle Cell awareness day 2021, Nteteɛ Foundation produced this documentary to advocate for, educate, help and inspire people living with or affected by the sickle cell disease, either directly or indirectly.
We know that there's an immeasurable strength in numbers, and collectively our goal is to ensure that people affected by SCD never feel like they are alone, as we intend to continue to promote awareness and raise funds for the warriors under our care, while educating the general public on the importance of understanding the effects of the sickle cell disease, in a bid to ensure that the stats would be significantly lower in years to come.
