I have terrible storm anxiety and I hate wind, so my mom always told me the three most dramatic things when it comes to wind are trees, flags, and Kallie. That advice has stuck with me through life!

I know how she feels I got sick during thanksgiving and Christmas when I was a senior in high school. I felt so upset and terrified. But my family never gave up on me. We all still celebrated the holidays and during Christmas my big brother never left my side and ended up catching my fever too. So we were both sick for Christmas. But seeing how much everyone still cared actually made it one of the best holidays for me to remember, so there’s even a positive side to being sick. You realize how much people care about you and how you care about them

Yes a warm aroma therapy bath and or shower always helps. Another thing that helps is spicy food, it’s not the best medicine for your stomach but it really does help when you have a fever or cold.

I'm praying Hallie feels better & can enjoy her Thanksgiving with the whole family

We got a Costco pie for Thanksgiving! It was delicious. Also, my dad made homemade stuffing!

I don’t trust head thermometers. They said my daughters temp was 105 so we took her in and it was only at 99.9 I recommend the ones that goe in the mouth those are most accurate

My school had a head thermometer and it said that my temp was at 105.9, but they also had a mouth thermometer and it said 97.9 Moral of this story is DONT TRUST HEAD THERMOMETERS

I'm a RN call me old fashioned but icky rectal temps are most accurate
