I really resonate with what joy was saying about women needing physical touch, I feel a lot more loved and connected in all friendships with hugging. I adore your friendship with each other so much and wish it was normalised a bit more. I wish I had friends and community that was all about connection and vulnerability, it's just not something I have ever found.

Ahhh yes your story about physical touch is so true. My friends and i are not really touchy like you are with yours and when i was single (after my relationship of a few years ended) i didn't really hug anyone in a long time (bc my parents also live in another country). Then when i did hug a friend of mine after some time, i just remember it feeling so good and i was literally just shocked by how much i needed that without knowing! Anyway, I love your friendship with Jahvis it's so entertaining to watch!!! Tbh i do always feel a little bit lonely after watching your vids bc i don't have that many close friendships as you have 😂 But it's totally worth it bc they also always make me feel very happy :)

Physical touch is so important and I don’t think I can stress enough how much people need it. Although I know this I have always struggled with physical touch. I have had some very toxic friendships and I feel like that has effected my view on physical touch. They used to hug me and make contact with me constantly. Now I feel like when anyone else does it my brain can only relate it to all of the bad memories and experiences I had with my previous friends. To be honest, it is so different for me to see a friendship like yours. So far in my 19 years of life, anytime I had a guy friend they ended up wanting to just have sex with me or had a big crush on me and I didn’t feel the same way, and everytime I responded with “sorry I don’t want that can we still be friends ?” They say yes but never talk to me again and I lose them as a friend. This has led me to believe that I can not just have a guy best friend like you and Jarvis because they either want sex or want to date me though I just want them as a friend. The three guy best friends I’ve had, ended up being my boyfriend so I don’t count those. I guess I just admire but also think is weird that you have a Friendship like this with a guy friend. Also a little jealous... You guys are so cute and really enjoy watching your friendship.
