I can imagine Mecha and Metal are having an argument over which of theme is the superior robot, Belle’s trying to defuse the situation, and Tails Doll is just vibing, while occasionally providing analytical points that just make the situation worse by simply providing Mecha and Metal with what they’re flawed at or excel with.
