Jeez. Reminds me hard of Massive Attacks's "Live with Me" music video, which is brutal, brutal to watch and also about alcoholism, sad and beautiful at the same time, someone hitting rock bottom, but there's still this tiny, tiny window at a chance to come back, still a bit if hope. 😢

That's not to say for sure, tho you can interpret it how you want. That's the beauty of this song, it makes you think, it's a masterpiece! The way I like to think about it is that she's gonna grap the chandelier and swing from it like she doesn't give a damn and after that comes the words - like tommorow doesn't exist, it makes sense.. Anyway that's the way I wanna picture it.

Its not. Its CLEARLY about mistreatment of girls that got labeled 'party girl'. Its on the lyric. Girls are always 'holding on for the night'. I'm sure men wouldnt understand that.. call it freaking suicide.
