It's crazy just how soulful her voice is. It's rare for an artist to pull off such emotion and soul without even showing their expression, Sia does.

Listening to her now in 2022. I didn't appreciate her music until now. I can't believe she is 46 years now. Such a beautiful voice.

As someone with anxiety that keeps me from a lot of things, I respect Sia so much as a performer. It must be exhausting, but so amazing to keep singing when you are struggling.

And for that reason, I wish SIA would use less "effects" on her albums (= I prefer her live recordings). I'm fine with her adding tracks of herself doing harmonies but she for sure doesn't need things like auto tune or synthetic pitch changes...

She’s worlds best artist .. her voice is insane

I saw her in concert when she came to the bay area and she did not disappoint she sounds exactly like she did on stage here as she did when I went to see her in concert! It was one of those magical moments that you never every think you’re gonna have and when it’s happening you don’t even believe that it’s happening but it is handsdown one of the best concerts I have ever been to and I am completely blind but her voice just there’s nothing better her voice is strong and so powerful this performance on SNL really really shows her voice and her strength in the power that she has in her throat! My head literally exploded and I’m still picking up the pieces! Coffin emoji because I am now dead!

Everytime I hear Sia sing her songs, it's like I'm boarding an emotional rollercoaster. A true artist.

Honestly this made me tear up a little. Sia is one of the only true "artists" left in mainstream music. Her music is deep, soulful, and has real meaning. A far cry from the vapid, shallow music the pop industry ordinarily produces. Not to mention, her voice is absolutely hypnotic. God bless this woman.

+Kris A She's not the only one, but she's certainly one of the few out there. I'd say Lady Gaga another mainstream artists making genuine music with artistry and passion, and while I didn't care for Adele's new album, there's no denying she has incredible talent and puts her heart and soul into every performance. Trust me, I'm the last person to dismiss something just because it is popular, but when an artist like Sia steps up to the plate and just nails it like this, it definitely puts most other pop artists out there to shame.

Fun fact: The album This is Acting is composed exclusively of rejected songs Sia wrote for other artists that got turned down. Hence the name "This is Acting". I'm not sure why they turned down these wonderful songs, probably because the lyrics were too advanced for them. I swear to god Sia never ceases to disappoint me. Her live vocals are so incredible. She deserves so much more credit than what she gets. She is a rare jewel we need to protect. One of the very few modern music artist who blows everyone else out of the water. She is one hell of a singer and songwriter.

i was never into pop music. it never satisfied me. im more into progressive metal and complex, emotional stuff. but sia is crazy. im in love with her music, her emotions and videos. im stunned and fascinated. there are so many songs and videos that make me cry like i was 6 years old. they hurt me very deep inside and touch points no therapist ever could. im musician myself and sometimes i touch people with my songs too. its one of the biggest compliments you get. but yea. honestly... im 30 years old and i listened to so much music in my life. but no one ever touched me like sia did. and its pop-music. im so fascinated guys....

Its crazy how time flies. Music is a reminder that the past was somehow good even we did not see it then. Sia's songs have a way of filtering pain and reminding you that time is limited. Enjoy it before you die.

Her voice is new and unique this is the kind of people that we need to listen to their sad voice that is crying out to the world

Anyone else mildly annoyed that due to the editing, u can't keep track of the dancer's story she is trying to tell? Sia uses these dancers for a reason. They are a PART of the performance. Anyone who has seen sia's performances with dancers realizes how they should be shot.

This woman is amazing, wow.

I'm still listening to this magnificent music in 2021 (one of my favorite music), her lyrics are the best and not to mention her incredible voice full of magic of this goddess, makes me transport, able to convey tranquility, peace within me, you will always be one of the best SIA.

Funny... I remember very similar criticism toward another artist by the name of Lady Gaga and now look at her, one of the biggest selling artists these days... And if it wasn't for Sia, most artists wouldn't even have a career, main one that comes to mind is Rihanna (because Sia writes a good chunk of her songs that have become hits)
