i'm a sunshine girl but I also always love the golden retriever fun type (like nikolai lantsov, steve harrington, carswell thorne). grumpy/shy x sunshine does hit when done right though. jacin and winter from the lunar chronicles are a top tier example of this imo!!

This trope is so underrated!! It's my favourite but I haven't found the perfect book for it yet

i have adhd so im known to be "hyper", "crazy" in my friend circle blah blah but im actually shy. anyway i prefer being the sunshine girl to a shy, quiet boy (NOT grumpy, i cant stand grumpy people) and being the shy girl to a sunshine girl.
