I know Drugovich is holding on for that F1 chance, but I really wish he would take on a drive somewhere else. Hes clearly more talented than people think.

I doubt he is going to get an F1 seat...maybe if Alonso retired AND Stroll vanished but otherwise unless there is some repeat of the Piastri fiasco where he is not actually an Aston driver, I just don't see it as Aston don't have enough of a relationship with another team to get him a seat. So yeah....he would be better off in Indy or something else like Theo etc.

The problem is that he lacks charisma and personality. If he was a really warm, approachable and communicative guy, he would be further in his career. Has to do with how he was raised in southern Brazil.

He was f2 champ and the fastest rookie last year. I would really like him to race a full season in another series.

Someone who needs to try his hand at FE and who I'm surprised is yet to show up in a rookie test is Richard Verschoor. The more Macau GP winners on the FE grid, the merrier.

Problem with Indycar is you usually have to cough up some money. It's why some drivers have chosen FE over it, pretty much every seat in FE comes with a salary.

@@lewis8552 That's true, you're absolutely right. Drivers can make more money in FE. That's why DeCosta didn't go to Indycar. He didn't want to bring money and he wanted to be paid well. Though salaries for the paid Indycar drivers are getting much better.
