You're videos are awesome - so well designed and easy to follow. Makes it really clear what I'm doing wrong and how I should be doing it. Many thanks from the UK.

Having studied both Shotokan and Shito-ryu, I really appreciate having this contrast in one vid. I like that you have not gotten caught up in the attitude of "right and wrong" or "better and best." Rather, you have provided a very nice contrast. Than you.

Guys, I practice your tips for shuto because I had problem with it. Last weekend was the Quebec cup competition and I won 2 gold medal. I’m pretty sure the fact that I got my position right, I got more points. Thank you for your video to help when I’m not in the dojo.

Good Video! I would add that the Weight distribution on the feet should be felt on the outside of the feet. Furthermore its not only leg work there is a breathe component not spoken about here. Breath moves the active from passive to the active technique. Last thought. this is why Kata was formed Taikyoku , Heian and Tekki. The Bunkai brings more reality to the movement but the users intent is key. Its the instructor that brings those points home. Just a little added value thought. Thanks for sharing!
