Once travelling on a Indigo flight, Yogendra Yadav sat next to me. I was amazed to see such a man carrying his own bag, refused the window seat which I offered and put his gamcha over his face and slept. Such simplicity. He also talked to whoever came up to him and he seemed like a 15 year old boy when he met his 5/6 supporters at the airport. Hats off. Thanks for bringing Yogendra Yadav to your show

Really well said and well put.I'm watching Kunal since beginning. butThough he is from the big city and upward moving middle class family or above having a view which a normal person like me doesn't. I think the reason must be because he has a heart which tells him that 'no one get wronged unjustly'. There must be reasons of genetic as well as upbringing of his parents also. So, as I perceive him, I pray to the whatever the power or factor above us all which changes the society, grant him more strength and to his parents & family more respect.

I have kept my books aside while reading and watched this trust me I gain lot more than what books has taught me ..javaid sir your legend
I met both. Javed sahab was in hurry so could not ask him any questions. But yogendra sahab is never in hurry. He will listen you, reply you, will clear your doubts too even many people we're just clicking photos with him... He is so simple, noble and cool always. Happy to meet both!

This video was launched 7 days after Pulwama Attack....People including me were furious on Javed Akhtar for his remark on Pakistani Artists work in Indian industry... Even I became a bhakt after that attack & I started hating people who were against Modi government... Now I realise how much wrong I was...Thinking what extent of criticism this people went through at that point of time..... Trust me! I deal with a lot of people in my daily existence but never seen such a liar like Narendra Modi....We're gonna see many more disasters in future....Modi is master at hiding his failure.... I can't make out Modi's ideology & vision..... He is wearing a mask of a responsible person.... Hatred has mixed in India's polluted air..... Reducing the pollution level from air isn't enough if the hatred isn't rooted out.... My humble request to everyone not to elect a uneducated Prime minister further....
These are the type of people and discussions we need in our country. Kudos to Kunal for bringing two of the most intellectual people from different walks of life together. Loved it.
It was the best episode of Shut up Ya Kunal. I can say that I invested my 55 minutes 27 seconds wisely Their words seems like wisdom. Plus Perfect Ending with those beautiful lines by Javed Sir. ✌️✌️👌👌👌

I became fan of javed sir after watching this. I was a modi supporter and religious fool before this.

I am really feeling uneducated after watching this! How much more we need to know! We are lacking so much, We need more people like Yogendra Yadav ji in politics.

Jo cheez ek rapist ke saath, ek terrorist ke saath, ek criminal ke saath honi chahiye vo uss police wale ke saath hua without the verdict of the court but we wait for the verdict of the court to take action against the above mentioned elements. Hume toh sab dharmo mein sikhaya gya hai ki equality above everything. If such is the case, then why can't we mob lynch a rapist? even after he is proven guilty? Vo jail mein sadega fir bahar aajayega but what about the justice??

I regret not watching this earlier. Such a beautiful conversation. Javed sir has literally witnessed the change in generations and described them beautifully. I don't have much interest in politics, but I just wanna say: We aren't moving forward as a country but I feel we're going back to the 1947 again where the communal violence existed. People who used religion as a political weapon have made this beautiful nation a hell. Secularism was going great until the media started highlighting one RELIGION as threat. Spread of hatred, spread like wildfire. It's sad to see there's no opposition. It's even sadder to see, 1.7 billion people and not one proper leader.
I am the only one who is watching this in 2020 and at night 12 o clock

Everytime I come to this interview seeking something and always leave with much more. What a beauty it is, to listen to Javed Akhtar. Btw it's the second wave of corona pandemic and India is losing hopes and lives. So, came here to find a bit of hope and comfort.
Not even lying, was almost moved to tears by one of the things Javed Akhtar said. Yogendra Yadav is also so knowledgable and wise. And I confess that I do not like Kunal but I thank him for bringing these two people together and I am indebted to him for this work.
If the comment section became what it is now from what it was before, then I have hope for the future of India. "Yeh Desh badlega. Hum badlengey iss Desh ko"

Listening to Javed sir is more thrilling than watching a movie. I can listen to him throughout my life...so logical and inspirational. 🙏🙏
One of the most enlightening videos I have seen on the internet in years. Two beautiful minds talking about the things that are going horribly wrong in this country, while taking the audience in an insightful journey of politics and art.. It was like a treat, or as if I read a book in 50 mins. It is undoubtedly a must watch for every Indian... Kunal bhai tere liye appreciation muje express karne ki zarurt nhi hai.. Keep up bhai.. 5 years ago in 2019 I was a clown who believed BJP to be the only party which stands for the truth. Well somebody should have sent me this video back then but over the 5 years I have discovered the truth by myself. 😅
There were tears in my eyes when javed sir ended his poem.🙂
