Shujinko is probably my favorite assist even if he isnt the best and is also hard to use. He's just so cool

Shujinko might be hard to play with but he's so far the most fun kameo because it's such a knowledge check & it's fun to get these weird combos only he can provide like against Kenshi he steals the Sento stance so you get some awesome combos with that.

Shujinko benefits from having a character that is good on its own. Sub Zero in his current state is not that character.

Shujinko is essentially the Mokujin from Tekken. Itll take people a while because theyll have to lab or just play him against every character, but once people get the full grasp then itll be fun to watch

I was a Deception kid so really glad to have Shujinko in the game. He does feel a little out of place since no involvement in the story but it's cool still. My favourite move steal has to be Reiko's take down. Its so funny seeing the old man charge in take him down. Not too sure where the levitating thing came from though

He’s always meditated to pass time. I think they added in his ability to levitate while doing that so as to make him work better as a kameo. He must have learned it at one point or another. I just see it as a more masterful form of meditation.

Hey Super, regarding Baraka and Cyrax's chip damage, you only need to flawless block the first attack, and each block afterwards will negate all chip damage thanks to the flawless block. It can be an effective way to counter this pair with enough practice

i realize that sub-zero's ice ball isnt that useful in this game. In previous games you would do a one,two then ice ball but that doesnt seem viable in this game.

hey brother, utilize sub’s back, forward, 2 more when you are struggling with those mix up of high low projectiles. it will block out their projectile but if meter burned it’ll go right thru their projectile and still hit them. nice gameplay

I’ve realized when someone plays Geras and you have Shujinko as your Kameo, Shujinko is the best kameo in the game. You can combo your opponent and freeze then mid-air.

I like shujinko. I got max mastery for him my first week in the game. I haven’t been using him recently because he isn’t viable online. I was grinding for grandmaster and he just didn’t cut it. I use him as my player profile. His meditation looks pretty cool for it.

It's funny that you mention that, because there's a video of someone doing a 90% combo on Kenshi with Shang Tsung and Shujinko, and using double Sento stance from Shang's morph and Shujinko's assist. It's not practical at all of course since that's almost impossible to pull off in a real match, but at the very least you can still make good use of double Sento stance against Kenshi players

You missed cause u gotta do the hit into special, I use him a lot with reptile. So he has to come out with the kick or punch into the cancel like when you were versing Sindel.

Some kameos give you extra health because they don't give as much options as other Kameos. Others take away some of your max health just because of how much they can do

@@jetstreamsam99 I went through the list and you're right, some characters give more HP than others. Surprisingly, Shujinko doesn't take away HP from what I've seen but Jax gives and extra 100HP than 50HP. Kano, Stryker, Goro, and Motaro all take 50HP but Sub Zero, Darrius, and Sareena all give 50HP.

I just use him cuz I think he's neat, and the damage can get pretty nutty against someone like scorpion or shao. The stolen moves on some matchups are so bad that I'll auto switch on a loss though, you get nothing useable from Reiko for instance.
